ArahPro Requirements
Below are the requirements to become an ArahPro:
- Vehicle Documents - You must email your insurance, registration, and fitness document.
- Documents must not have an expiration date that's within one month.
- Insurance Schedule / Cover Sheet
- 6 clear professional photos of your car; ensure that photos are clear and appropriate for your listing.
- Copy of Certificate of incorporation
- Copy of Registration of Business Name (where applicable i.e. if Business Name is different from the name of the Company)
- Copy of Tax Registration Number (TRN)
- Letter of good standing - companies office of Jamaica.
- List of vehicles in fleet including year, type, model, license number, and chassis number.

ArahPro Minimum Vehicle Requirements
- Be legally registered in Jamaica
- Covered by Car Rental Insurance Policy
- Be no more than 10 years old when listing (aged out at 13 years old)
- Have fewer than 175,000 km (109,375 miles)
- Pass an inspection check
- Fuel is gas, diesel, hybrid, or electric-powered
- Have seat belts in working condition
- Tracking Device - each vehicle must be equipped with a tracking device.
- Vehicle Inspection - all vehicles must be inspected. If you had an inspection within the past 3 months, you can use that report, provided the inspection was completed at one of the approved evaluators.
